What is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP)
An Exercise Physiologist is a university qualified Allied Health Professional who specialises in developing exercise and lifestyle programs for healthy individuals wanting to improve general fitness or achieve specific fitness goals.
Exercise Physiology can improve patient’s fitness, range of motion, strength, and functional capacity through individually tailored exercise programs including resistance, cardiovascular, core and flexibility work,
Exercise Physiologists are also trained in the prevention and management of people with chronic medical conditions and musculoskeletal injuries, which may include:

What is an Exercise Physiology session?
An EP session is very similar to any gym or personal training session and includes an exercise program specific to your fitness level and health goals.
